A 6-Week Therapeutic Rite of Passage
This journey encompasses psychological framework, somatic therapy, spiritual ritual, and community connection ~ embracing all of you ~ mind, body, and spirit.
Weekly group sessions move through psychological teachings, discussion, and embodied practices to help you feel, process, and release old self-limiting patterns, so you can reconnect with your authentic self.
Fortnightly individual sessions provide space for personalised healing, inner child journeying, releasing trauma, and integrating lasting change.
This program is deeply grounded in safety, holding space for you to reconnect fully to your body, your truth, your innate sense of self and the anchored woman within.
