A 6-Week Therapeutic Rite of Passage
This therapeutic journey encompasses psychological framework, somatic sensing practices, ritual, and community connection ~ embracing all of you ~ mind, body, and spirit.
Weekly group sessions move through psychological teachings, discussion, and embodied practices to help you feel, process, and release old self-limiting patterns, so you can reconnect with your authentic self.
This work is grounded in frameworks including attachment theory, relational neurobiology, nervous system regulation, and embodied emotional processing.
An add-on of individual sessions is also available to provide space for personalised healing, inner child journeying, releasing trauma, and integrating lasting change.

I'm Natalie, a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience working with women, and the founder of Anchored Woman.
My work sits at the intersection of psychological teachings and somatic sensing practice, because the patterns most women come to therapy for, people-pleasing, fawning, poor boundaries, chronic self-abandonment, don't live in the thinking mind, they live in the nervous system. That's why insight alone rarely shifts them, and it's why I work with both.
